Ok so, I have been asked if I know of any good filling banana smoothie recipes from a client and thought it would be great to share with you all too so scroll down for bananas galore.....
I have added in energy boosting smoothie (which can be great before a workout), general tasty smoothies and some easy on the go breakfast smoothies! Take your pics, there is one for every day of the week!

Banana Breakfast smoothie (Serves 2)
2 chopped bananas
2 peaches
can of crushed/chopped pineapple
1/3 cup chopped mango
1 cup of low fat milk
Blend until smooth.
Banana oat smoothie (Serves 1)
1 large or 2small bananas, chopped
215ml of ice cold milk
1 tablespoon rolled porridge oats
1-2 tablespoons of honey
2 ice cubes
Serve with Almonds/mixed nuts (optional)
Blend for approx. 30 seconds.
Energy smoothie (Serves 2)
1 large banana, chopped
1 and 1/2 medium size cup of milk
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
pinch of cinnamon
Blend until thick and smooth.
Coffee and banana smoothie
1 banana, chopped
1 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup cold black coffee
1/2 cup ice
2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Creamy cashew and banana smoothie
¼ c cashews
1 medium frozen banana
1 cup fat-free milk
2 Tablespoons wheat germ
1 tsp honey
3 ice cubes
Mix and blend until smooth, serves with crushed cashew nuts. Extra: Add dark chocolate sprinkles to enjoy for a snack smoothie or treat!
Banana and apple smoothie (serves 1)
1 whole banana, chopped
1 whole apple, peeled and chopped
110ml/1/2 cup of pure orange juice
55ml/1/4 cup low fat milk
Blend together
Banana Berry Smoothie (Serves 2)
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of orange juice
Blend together until smooth.
