Baobab Smoothie recipe and Exercise of the day:

Hey guys,

Today for part of my lunch I am making myself a smoothie and thought I would share the recipe with you so you can make your own!!

Ingredients:
1 cup of any type of melon slices
Large handful of blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of fresh orange juice
5g of 100% natural Baobab fruit powder (this is highly nutritious and full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants)
1/2 cup of crushed ice

Method:
Slice up the melon and chop up the banana and place into the blender.
Add in the blueberries and whisk for 30 seconds.
Add in the orange juice and fruit powder. Whisk again for 30 seconds.
Add in the crushed ice and whisk for a further 10 seconds or until ready to your liking.

Exercise of the Day:

Kettlebell bent over row. Time to firm up those arms and back. Place one leg forward and lean over with you arm resting on your bent knee. Let the bell hang, raise up your elbow, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Do 2-3 sets of 10 reps on each side.
