For those of you who want to get fit fast check out my Intense exercise circuit - anyone can try this and it can be done anywhere (Perfect workout in my eyes).
5 squats (slowly and controlled squats - squeeze in your buttocks as you come up)
30 jumping jacks
5 push ups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches (can do these with knees at an angle or lowering the legs - depending on how your neck is)
7 squats
5 pushups
10 crunches
5 push ups
7 squats
20 jumping jacks
1 minute plank
25 high knees
Rest for 1 minute and repeat 3-5 times for MAX results!! Aim to do this 2-3 times a week if you are a beginner or try it 5 times a week if you are a fitness freak
This may seem do-able for most of you when you first look at it, however it is very hard work to this 3-5 times the first time round. Work your way up, perhaps do this circuit once in the morning and once in the evening and slowly build up to doing it 3 times in one go - takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get there but I guarantee it WILL be worth it!
