Snack Attack...

Its Monday AGAIN! It comes round so quick and lets be honest many of us really don't enjoy our Sunday evenings as we are wishing it was Fridya and not Monday again. Well to start your week off I have provided you with a great diagram process to refer to when struggling with snacking! We have ALL suffered with snacking at one point in our lifes, infact I bet most of you struggle most days, especially on a miserable Mondays. So, I thought I would share this little diagram process for those you who snack due to boredem, emotional eating, dehydration and cravings!

When you think you feel a little peckish and could pick at some snack, ask yourself thise questions first:



5 Great Healthy Snacks:

2-3 Crackers with low fat cheese, cherry tomatoes and handful of grapes



No fat yogurt with a selection of nuts and dried fruit or with a selection of fruit and a drizzle of hone



Fruit smoothie - add in carrot/green tea powder/fruit juice/low fat ice cream etc



Celery sticks, cucumber and carrot chunks with low fat humous or humous with a toasted pitta bread and cherry tomatoes



1 cup of green tea with 1 crumpet with low fat spread and handful of blueberries




Enjoy these snacks, fit in a workout and drink plenty of water - Make your Mondays better!! :L
