Tight hips = No Good!

Hello everyone,

I havent been blogging for a while... I have been very very busy! BUT I am back and happy to be back :)

For the last couple of days I have been suffering with a bad back and noticed my posture is pretty poor! I have been working in an office most days and it's doing nooo good to the figure!! I also suffer from tights hips which can be another cause of back pain, So, I thought I would share with you all what my evening will consist of... YOGA!

Check out these hip stretching exercises that I will be doing this evening to help stretch out my tight hips and release the tension in my back:



Some of these exercises you may find fairly hard, especially if it is your first time at these. Do what you can! Don't push the stretches to pain, just stretch so it feels slightly uncomfortable and start off by stretching for around10-15 seconds then relax and then try the exercise again - if you feel you can stretch longer or increase the stretch then feel free to do so.. but only if it doesn't cause any discomfort or pain!
