So, today I began the 30 day Squat challenge! I'm sure you have all heard of it or even tried it before (if so I would love to hear how you got on, or even better, before and after pics?!). Many people begin on the 1st of the month, however I dont really care about that and believe you can start whenever! If you want to make a change a new day is a good day to start!
