Steam Kebabs recipe!

Steam kebabs
Ingredients
1 kg minced chicken, beef or lamb meat
1 Table spoon vegetable oil
1 Tsp chilli powder
1 Tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp ginger paste
1 clove garlic crushed
¼ Teaspoon salt
1 Egg
2 -3 Ground green chilli crushed
2 Medium sized onions
2 large fresh tomatoes cut up
1 tsp coriander dried
Fresh coriander chopped to garnish



Method
1. Add the chilli powder, Garam Masala ginger, garlic, salt, garam masala, dried coriander and beaten egg into the minced meat
2. Mix together and make a long sausage of part of the mixture over a wooden spoon handle. Pull out the handle when finished.
3. Repeat with all the mixture.
4. Put the onion and tomatoes into a non-stick pan and top with the kebabs and the cover with a lid and cook on a medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.

Serving suggestions
Serve with a salad and pita bread with Raita.
